1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

These General Terms and Conditions regulate the operation of the www.bgsfc.be Web site service which Flightcare, S.A. makes available to users. Your use of this Web site automatically assigns to you the status of user, and implies full and unconditional acceptance by the user of each and every one of these general terms and conditions. 8. LAW AND JURISDICTION.

The present General Terms and Conditions, as well as any other relationship between you as the user and Flightcare, S.A., shall be governed by Belgian legislation.
For any legal dispute arising from the existence or contents of these General Terms and Conditions or from relations between you the user and Flightcare, S.A., both parties, expressly waiving any exemption they may be entitled to, hereby agree to submit to the jurisdiction and exclusive authority of the Courts and Tribunals of the City of Brussels.
