Passengers demand a high level of service and value for their money. Together with the carrier, Flightcare provides this with efficiency, accuracy and courtesy. Whether flying to DUS, JFK or KGL, every flight, punctual or unexpectedly delayed, is checked-in and boarded according to your standards and to general safety regulations.



Baggage sorting


Complying with top security and quality parameters, a bag does not leave without its owner. At Brussels National Airport, Flightcare works with a fully automated sorting system. Upon arrival, bags labeled as 'top priority' will be offloaded first, and oversize or overweight bags receive the necessary special treatment. On request, reconciliators will scan the bags with automated tools directly linked to our DCS (Departure Control System).

Flightcare has a license to perform tail-to-tail bag transfers at Brussels National Airport. On request, 'short connection bags' will be transferred within the minimum connecting time as mutually agreed in our SLA.

Special Services
 

The special assistance team accompanies children traveling alone, in order to make their trips smoother and more comfortable.

To give your customers something extra, Flightcare offers welcome, self service devices; and passenger and crew transport. A dedicated travel document inspection team checks passports whenever necessary.


Baggage tracing
 

Worldtracer, one of the most up-to-date baggage recovery systems, is used to locate a missing bag and reunite it with the passenger as quickly as possible. Passengers are kept informed about the tracing process and, once retrieved, bags can be delivered at the home address.
